WELCOME TO THE WELLBEING SERVICE
The ACTAS Wellbeing Service, managed by SupportLink, is a 24 hour / 7 days a week support service for ACTAS staff and their families.
Due to the continuous availability of the service, the wellbeing service offers a team-based approach to support. This means that although you may meet more regularly with a particular wellbeing worker, it is expected that any member of the team will respond to emails, phone calls or appointments for face-to-face contact based on availability.
All of our wellbeing workers are qualified to deliver a high standard of evidence-based, best practice support.
YOUR PRIVACY IS IMPORTANT TO US
To make this model of support effective, wellbeing workers record very brief and minimal notes to ensure that you have a high standard of support without the requirement of retelling your story many times.
Our service is completely confidential and nothing that you share with a wellbeing worker will be shared beyond the team. Confidentiality will only be broken if the wellbeing worker has a serious concern that what you have disclosed indicates that there is risk of harm to yourself or to another person. You will always be consulted if the wellbeing worker feels that necessary information needs to be shared with a third party.
